We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join a supported living service in the Kettering area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.



About the Role


As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults within a supported living setting. Your role will involve assisting individuals to maintain their independence, develop life skills, and engage in their local community.



Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
  • Providing emotional support and building positive relationships
  • Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment


About the Service


The service provides tailored support to adults in a residential-style supported living environment. Individuals are encouraged to live as independently as possible, with staff offering guidance and support based on their needs and personal goals.

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
