As a VNA Driver, you will be responsible for efficient warehouse operations using VNA trucks in a fast-paced distribution environment.
🕒 Shifts & Pay Rates
- Days (06:00–14:00): £12.71 per hour
- Afternoons (14:00–22:00): £15.33 per hour
- Nights (22:00–06:00): £15.74 per hour
- 3-shift rotation (Earlies/Afternoons/Nights): £14.71 per hour
- 2-shift rotation (Earlies/Afternoons): £13.79 per hour
- Overtime available
- Paid weekly
- Free on-site parking
An attendance-related bonus is available during a 6-week peak period:
- 1 additional shift – £75
- 2 additional shifts – £150
- 3 additional shifts – £225
- 4 additional shifts – £300
(£300 maximum bonus payment)
- This Additional Peak Bonus Programme extends to ALL agency employees.
- Worked every rostered shift between Monday 4th May 2026 and Tuesday 30th June 2026 (no sickness absence).
- Worked a minimum of 1 additional shift (£75 per shift up to a maximum of 4) between Saturday 16th May 2026 and Sunday 28th June 2026.
- These must be worked as 6th and/or 7th shifts within the same week.
- Operating VNA trucks to move and store stock safely
- Loading and unloading pallets within narrow aisle racking
- Using RF scanning devices for accurate stock movement
- Stock control, rotation, and replenishment
- Picking and put-away duties
- Maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity targets
- Performing basic quality checks and safety inspections
- Temp-to-perm opportunities
