Setting Out Engineer - Kingston

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer on behalf of a well-established dry lining subcontractor working on a large-scale residential development in Kingston.

• Carry out accurate setting out for dry lining and internal works
• Use laser equipment to set out partitions, grids, and layouts
• Ensure all work is completed to specification and programme
• Liaise with site management and subcontract teams
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy on site

• Proven experience setting out for dry lining / internal fit-out packages
• Ability to use laser setting out equipment confidently
• Must supply own setting out kit
• Strong attention to detail and site coordination skills
• CSCS card required

• Long-term opportunity – circa 12 months’ work
